My soul massage was a healing and insightful experience. I had originally gone in hoping to discuss some of my thoughts and anxieties related to starting a new job, but the reading picked up so many deeper cues about my interpersonal relationships and relationship with trusting myself. I also really appreciated the opportunity to do different formats, including tarot and reiki. I did a lot of different treatments in Lake Atitlan and this experience really stood out as something special.

I got my Reiki Level 1 certification with Atavia. She is such a caring person, and working with her you can feel her deep commitment to healing. She was clear and intentional in how she explained concepts and very receptive to questions during each part of the course. The first half was focused on history and theory, then she gave us the attunement, and during the next part we practiced what we’d learned with short sessions on ourselves and each other. Atavia was thoughtful about directing and supporting us while also encouraging us to develop our own feel for the reiki energy. After the course, she continued to support us by checking in on how we were integrating the course and suggesting opportunities for us to practice. If you’re considering a reiki certification, I can highly recommend doing it with her!
